For domain modification :

 

New customers must first sign up for a support account by submitting a new ticket via the support icon at the lower right of our website or at https://niccongo.zendesk.com

 

  1. Log into your support account at https://niccongo.zendesk.com
  2. Submit a new ticket
  3. Copy the template hereunder - Paste it directly into the ticket (no appended files)
  4. Add subject "Domain modification"
  5. Edit all the entries as needed - Provide true and verifiable information ! 
  6. Leave unwanted entries blank
  7. Only two DNS servers on the template
  8. Send the ticket
  9. Instructions will be forwarded via the ticket

 

N.B. If you modify both admin/billing contact, then the modification is considered as a change of delegation. Read our Terms and conditions.
